The villa can accommodate up to 12 people within 2 three bedroom adjoined villas, connected by the pool area.

The villas can be booked as a whole for additonal privacy enjoying your own pool or if booked separately the pool is shared between guests in the 2 villas.

Both villas in Pelican House have an open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchens on the ground floor. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and 2 upstairs incuding the Master  - each with their own spacious bathroom and either balacony or terrace

The outdoor terrace is partially covered with the infinity pool located centrally between both villas and overlooks the Caribbean Sea. From the wooden sun deck alongside the pool, there are steps leading down to sandy beach beow, which is almost private for Pelican Beach House guests. To one side of the pool is a gazebo with BBQ.

Pelian House Antigua is located right at the heart of the Blue Waters Resort whilst at the same time being surrounded by lush greenery and of course you have easy access to the resort amenities.
