The Villa has its own backup generator supplying the entire property with power. There is Satellite TV and large smart TV’s in the lounge, gym and bedrooms.  The dining room has a solid timber dining table, while the kitchen is equipped to the highest standard with all top quality appliances.

There is a fitness room with a cross trainer, bicycle, boxing bag, and weights. The swimming pool is salt water; the sauna is located just near the pool, there are outside hot water to ensure comfort and relaxation.   The wrap-around terrace offers a large sheltered barbecue area in a beautiful garden setting with comfortable furniture.   Other features include a garage for 2 cars, off-street parking, a modern security system, and electrically operated window blinds. The house is serviced six days a week; personal laundry service available on request.
