it has been perfectly created for family and celebratory gatherings in a beautiful countryside setting yet only a few minutes drive to the main attractions of the Algarve

Estrela Estate is within a 10-15-minute drive of prestigious golf resorts. These include the golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. It is also close to the charming town of Almancil. This 9-bedroom villa on the Estrela Estate is in a perfect position. Ideal for celebratory gatherings and exploring the beautiful Algarve region of Portugal.

Estrela Estate offers large family groups and friends a stunning countryside setting. The villas has a spacious gardens and a large swimming pool. The pool measures 14 x 7 metres. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols. There is a table tennis table available. There is an exterior BBQ and dining area for al-fresco meals.

There are two separate houses on the estate. Both feature characteristic period furniture and decor throughout. The interiors have been beautifully decorated. There are high qulality furnishings, fabrics and homely touches throughout. These houses are utterly charming. They are appealing with every modern amenity required.

House One:

Comprehensively equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers. There is also a Nespresso coffee maker and gas hobs. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, fridge, freezerand  ice maker. There is an additional drinks fridge; toaster and kettle.

There is a dining table and 8 chairs. Dorrs lead to the main reception room with bluetooth speaker. Wi-fi internet is available throughout the property.

Bedroom one is a double room on the ground floor of the first house. It comes complete with split unit a/c. It has an en suite with bath and separate shower unit. Doors lead to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with a fan. It has an en suite bathroom with shower over.

Bedroom three is the master double suite with en suite bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with bath and separate shower unit. There is also an additional guest cloakroom in this house.

House Two:

Living room with wall mounted TV with an IPTV box. It offers a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. This room also has an en suite bathroom (with bath and shower). Kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, oven and electric hobs. Iron & Ironing board.

Bedrooms four and five are upstairs from the living room.

Bedroom four has a double bed and split unit a/c. It is en suite and has Juliet balconies. Bedroom five has a double bed, fan and an en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms six and seven are on the ground floor of house two.

Bedroom six is a family room sleeping three persons and with 3 single beds. 2 twins can be prepared as a double upon prior request. Fan and patio doors to the terrace.

Bedroom seven is a twin bedroom with a fan. There are doors to the terrace.

Bedrooms six & seven share the use of the adjacent family bathroom. This has a bath and separate shower unit.

Upstairs bedrooms six and seven are the final two bedrooms.

Bedroom eight has twin beds. It has a fan and Juliet balconies.

Bedroom nine has a double bed, fan and Juliet balconies. This double bed can be separated upon prior request.

Bedrooms eight and nine share the use of the adjacent bathroom. This has a shower and bath. On this level patio doors lead to the terrace. Here there are beautiful countryside views.

Additional Information

Within walking distance from the villa are a couple of local restaurants. There is a selection of good value restaurants to choose from in Almancil. Almancil is a town where you will find supermarkets, banks and chemists. There are also shops, bars and restaurants.

Ten minutes away is the brand-new Mar shopping centre. This has a wide range of shops and  eateries. It also has an outlet shopping centre and cinema.

Prices include a maid cleaning service 5 days per week. Bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly. Bedroom linen is changed weekly.

Pool towels and hairdryers are available at the villa. The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost.
