St Anne's Point, Antigua is a stunning 5 bedroom luxury villa. It offers superb harbour views. This luxury villa is set in 1.5 acres. The accommodation is suitable for up to 10 guests. The main house has 3 bedrooms and there is a 2 bedroom guest cottage. 

St Anne's Point is built on a 200 year old cannon platform. This was originally constructed by the Royal Artillery Engineers. Its position takes full advantage of the 270 degree views across the entrance channels to Falmouth Harbour.

Great House :
The 3 bedroom Great House has been re-built in the character of original Georgian maritime properties. It has a wooden shingle roof with dormer windows and balconies. It uses the  stone base of the cannon platform as the ground. There are wooden louvered windows and doors. These open out onto the 120-foot terrace. The terrace is as high as any mega yacht mast height. It provides amazing views of Falmouth Harbour's three marinas.

The Great Room has a 25 foot high vaulted roof. It offers 1500 square feet of superb living and entertaining space. It is furnished in colonial style with cane sofas, chaise lounges and wicker chairs. The north-facing gallery has shade all day. It is cooled by the passing north easterly trade winds. There is a 50" T.V. and Bose surround sound system linked to both satellite and the internet. On one side of the Great Room there is an open deck. This has a covered outside kitchen and dining pavilion.There are steps down to the 50 foot swimming pool with a  raised gazebo.

Guest Cottage :

The signal tower has also been rebuilt. Its original purpose was as an observation post and powder magazine store. It now stores sun loungers instead of cannon shot. The stables have been replaced with a spacious self contained guest cottage. From the moment you arrive into guests are greeted with magnificent views of the harbour. This completes the maritime panorama that surrounds this wonderful property. The Guest Cottage has two air conditioned en suite bedrooms and bathrooms. These are tiled with Mexican ceramic tiles. 

Bedroom one offers a King size bed or twin singles. Bedroom two has a Queen size bed or twin singles. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. An original stone wall, sloping up through the living room adds real character to this charming cottage.

Bedrooms :
The Great House has 3 en suite and air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has two balconies. It has a super king four poster bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast balcony faces north. It overlooks Falmouth Harbour. The sunset balcony faces southwest overlooking the harbour entrance and the nearby island of Montserrat. The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have doors opening onto the harbourside gallery.

A large outdoor dining pavilion overlooks the pool deck and Pigeon Beach. There is a professional size BBQ. This comes complete with rotisserie and large gas burners, Ideal for wok cooking or for a large lobster pot. It is set up and ready for your use in the outdoor kitchen area.

Next to this is the old signal tower that has been rebuilt as an observation post. It houses a ship’s bell. By the pool deck the old powder magazine now houses sun loungers and a hammock. This is also an excellent spot for outdoor yoga and massages. The 50 foot pool is perfect for swimming laps. Also great to lounge in with your drink in your hand.

A full time gardener ensures the spectacular gardens are kept in pristine condition. They have their own bee hives. These produce delicious honey. Some fruit trees offer various seasonal fruits. The property is particularly famous for its mouth-watering mangos ripe from itsmango trees. July is the month for Mangos.

The ornamental lily pond features bright yellow and purple lilies. On the north side of the property the land slopes steeply down to the water’s edge, via a rough track. You can access the water directly from the property. Ideal for some snorkelling or an ocean dip.

St Anne's Point is within walking distance of the beach. It is also walking distance from restaurants and the harbour, Notwithstanding its proximity to amenities the property guarantees absolute privacy and exclusivity.
