Inside, polished tiled floors and whitewashed plaster walls with ornate lighting, linen fabrics and modern fixtures and fittings create a contemporary, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spa area on the lower level is a particularly popular feature with a sauna, gym and jacuzzi accessed directly from the poolside terrace and bar area. Whilst the property does have 6 bedrooms the maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
The villa is located less than 3km from the popular resort of Port Andratx, an exclusive harbour town with waterfront dining, high-end boutiques, bars and a marina packed with stunning yachts.
