Punta Skala resort consists of the five-star hotel Iadera, the family hotel Diadora and the Senia Apartments. It is located in the area of Zadar within the peninsula of Punta Skala that provides wonderful views of the Adriatic Sea and the islands off the coast of Croatia and is directly next to the beach. There are many excursions available to explore this stunning part of Croatia, such as a city tour of Zadar, the UNESCO cities of Split and Trogir, national parks: Krka waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes, Kornati Islands – all can be arranged for you.

Each of the newly built, 5 designer villas on the Resort also offers a heated pool 10m x 4m with wonderful views of the breathtaking Mediterranean landscape, outdoor shower, comfortable loungers within a private garden.

All 5 premium villas on the Punta Skala Resort offer 195 m2 of stylish living space including 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor and a guest room with bathroom on the ground floor.  

The upstairs bedrooms all feature a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and sea view terrace with breath taking view to Zadar archipelago. The spacious bathrooms feature walk-in showers and the master bedroom also has a free-standing bathtub and double vanity. There is air-conditioning, safe and TV in each bedroom and a pillow menu is also available should you have a preference.

The 4^th guest bedroom on the ground floor also has it’s own bathroom and the bed is 140cm wide – so best suited to comfortably accommodate 2 children or 1 adult.

For relaxation, there are seating and dining areas on the shaded terraces. The indoor living area is air-conditioned, with an open plan layout, soft sofas and TV.  The kitchen is well equipped to create wonderful family meals, and a laundry room is also available to guests

Each villa has private parking with a power socket for golf carts.
