A wonderful outdoor terrace comes complete with 9x4 metre pool and plenty of sun loungers to relax and enjoy the glorious weather.  A summer kitchen with external dining table is a great entertaining space or somewhere to enjoy a sundowner before heading out to dinner. Inside the open plan layout is great for families and has direct access to pool and terrace area.  Large comfortable sofas and chairs sit around the SMART TV and fireplace,  a large dining table in front of the feature curved window has a fabulous view.  The living area leads to the kitchen which has everything you need for a villa holiday.  The breakfast bar is perfect for the first morning coffee and the large American style fridge is ideal for all the groceries. A separate utility room is available, with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The Master Suite is on the ground level and has a King Size bed, SMART TV and dressing room with luxury en suite bathroom with shower.  The other bedrooms all have kingsize beds. One of the bedrooms is ensuite the others share a bathroom.  One of the beds can be converted into twin beds if needed.
One can walk to the Marina in Santa Ponsa and the resort centre which is just 2km away in 20-30 minutes, due to the villas elevated position the last 500mtrs on return is quite steep , maps in photos to show the route.

The villa is just 35 minutes from the Historic City of Palma. Golf lovers will appreciate the 3 Santa Ponsa golf courses while boaters will enjoy Puerto Portals, Port Adriano and Port Nautico which are only a couple minutes drive away. Port Nautico is a haven for water sports which include, sailing, paddle surf, jet ski, diving, kayaking and a varied selection of  boats and yachts for charter to learn to sail or practice any type of water sport. SUP school (Stand up Paddle) and Regatta Club. There is also tennis available at Paguera and Puerto Portals, also the brand new ladies tennis academy opened in 2016, just 5 minutes drive away. Quality restaurants, bars and cafes are all within easy reach, including the new uber-chic Marina at Port Adriano. 

The closest beach would be Santa Ponsa or Port Adriano, both within a couple of minutes drive, 10 minutes drive you also have Illetas, Bendinat and Portals other options for beach lovers are Portals Vells, Camp De Mar, St Elmo & Cala Fornells .
