Villa Montgomery is a fabulous, traditional 5 bedroom home in the popular Pollensa area, north east of the beautiful island of Mallorca. Set on a hilltop, the villa commands the most stunning, far reaching views down the valley towards the sea. Reached along a single track road from the main country Pollensa-Alcudia Road, you reach the villa through ancient olive and almond groves.
From the prettily designed gardens, you are surrounded by the views of the hills, woods, olive and cypress trees and a lush landscape with glimpses of the sea.
A perfect, stonework country house, Montgomery is beautifully designed as a family holiday home. It has a lovely swimming pool (8 metres long) with level pool deck and a covered area for dining and relaxing. Sunloungers and pool towels are provided.
The entrance is edged by a sun terrace with a comfy sitting area. There is also a dining table all with lovely views of the gardens. Inside you will find a homely, farmhouse style design complete with stone floors and beamed ceilings. Traditional wood furnishings complemented with modern touches and quality fabrics and linens throughout. There is a comfortable lounge / dining room with a fireplace and TV for cosy evenings. The dining room leads to the modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need including a Vitoceramic hob, electric oven, Nespresso Coffee Machine, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen also has access to the outdoor dining terrace. The ground level also has a separate bathroom with shower/WC.

Ground floor: Twin bedroom with private bathroom (shower).
Upper level: Two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and one single bedroom. There are two bathrooms on this level for these bedrooms to share.
The villa provides a wonderful retreat for a family holiday with easy access to the attractions of Pollensa, the seaside and surrounding areas.
