Windfall Barbados is a truly stunning, 5 bedroom villa. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. It is located within the private, gated community of Westland Heights. This is a short drive from the beautiful west coast beaches and nearby amenities.

Westland Heights is an exclusive community. The community is home to only 9 incredible villas. These are nestled amongst mature, tropical gardens. Each villa offers its guests a personalised service and welcoming experience.

The villas at Westland Heights are a short drive away from the private beach club at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion. Guests have access to the beach club where sunbeds etc are provided. Windfall sits alongside its sister villa Cool Wind. The villas can be rented separately, or together for larger groups of up to 22 guests.

Windfall has a magnificent, unique feature. It has a wonderful, palatial indoor, open-air pool. This has the added benefit of a retractable, overhead canopy providing maximum shade and privacy.

Westland Heights is located only a short drive from the various amenities and activities available on the West Coast. Royal Westmoreland, Sugar Hill Resort, Apes Hill Polo Club are a few minutes’ drive away. There is duty free shopping in Lime Grove and there are banks, supermarkets and other amenities in Holetown. Westland Heights is a short drive from many of the best restaurants and beach bars in Barbados.

Windfall offers a spacious pool deck. This is perfect for entertaining friends and family and flows seamlessly into the main living area and bar. 

Guests have two main dining areas to choose from. It also has a delightful gazebo for up to 10 people. There is also a smaller kitchen breakfast bar that works well for the younger guests.  

On the upper level is a cocktail lounge from which to enjoy the ocean views and the Caribbean sunsets. 

Windfall has something to keep everyone entertained. This includes a large media room with flat screen TV and a selection of books and board games.

Windfall will suit family life as children can be watched from the main living area and the kitchen whilst they splash and play about in the pool.

Bedrooms:
Windfall offers three bedrooms with king bed, one queen and one twin. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is also air-conditioned. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, safes, bluetooth speakers and hairdryers.
