Church Point 4 has two bedrooms in the main bungalow style villa with access via a wooden stairway. Both bedrooms are bright, with wooden vaulted ceilings. The have A/C and closet space. Doors open to a shared balcony that overlooks the lush tropical garden and Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom exclusively features a shower, while bedroom 2 features a combined tub/shower.

Church Point 4 is decorated throughout with a mixture of West Indian art and traditional and modern furniture.

The 3rd bedroom is in a separate guest cottage. This is accessible from the main terrace (though it also has private access through the gardens at the side of the property). The cottage features a studio bedroom, small kitchenette, bar and living/dining space. It also has its own private terrace.

A small garden pathway leads directly onto the beach.

The famous Folkestone Marine Park is a short walk along the new boardwalk to the south. There is plenty of opportunity for snorkeling. Directly in front of Church Point 4 is a small bay. This is ideal for morning dips or just a great spot to watch the sun go down.

This lovely beachfront property offers peace, privacy and traquility. Yet it is only minutes from all the amenities of Holetown. It is close to five star dining, shopping and nightlife. The popular Limegrove Centre is a short walk away.
