Windward House is one of the stylish villas within the estate with 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 cottages, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 1 bedroom. The villa can rented either with the use of 5 bedrooms or 8 bedrooms.

Located in the Windward Bay Beach area, so benefits from the nearby unspoilt, natural beauty and magnificent views that surround the villa. It’s also close to Pigeon Beach which is within walking distance of the Estate.The panoramic views can be enjoyed from every room, along with most places within the extensive grounds and the private pool terrace.
Steps from the main house lead down to the L- shaped pool which is surrounded by a wooden deck, and complete with sunbeds, shaded seating and a gazebo at one end.  

The main house features a very, large veranda that almost wraps around the main house and provides on indoor and outdoor living experience with relaxing areas, al fresco dining spaces, and oversized doors flow into the living room. The living room has cathedral ceilings, multiple sofas, an entertainment system, a work desk, and library space, and opens into the indoor dining room. There is also a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen.
