Villa Categories - Each villa has been stylishly decorated by the owners keeping some of the colonial Jamaican style. Signature Villas  - Each individually designed and decorated with modern and classic style and luxurious indoor and outdoor living spaces. They have a private pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. With their own dedicated staff to prepare daily breakfast and ensure you experience the resorts historic level of service. Signature villas range from  3 - 6 bedrooms.

Estate Villa  - a magnificent six-bedroom villa situated at the edge of the tropical rain forest. Guests can enjoy total privacy and seclusion, as well as some of the best views. The exceptional amenities include two private pools, (can be heated upon request) an open-air living space boasting both fire pit and waterfall. The villa has eight bathrooms, several outdoor showers, a bar and sweeping views of over the resort and Round Hill Bay. With their own dedicated staff to prepare daily breakfast and ensure you experience the resorts historic level of service. The Estate Villa can accommodate up to14 guests, so a great choice for multi-generation families and groups.

There is a fabulous new fresh water pool located on the edge of the Caribbean Sea, which is available to all guests, a private beach offering a selection of complimentary water-sports, PADI diving, deep-sea fishing boats and yachts can also be arranged for private charter. If activity is your passion, Round Hill have five all-weather tennis courts, they offer a fitness centre with a personal instructor for exercise classes, there are weekly nature walks. Created by restoring an 18th century plantation house with 10 acres of beachfront lawn.
