Housekeeping included
Footsteps is a modern, bright and spacious three bedroom three bathroom townhouse. It is located in a prime position in the gated community of Mullins Bay. You are literally mere footsteps away from the beautiful Mullins Beach. This split level townhouse has been extensively renovated to a very high standard. It takes advantage of the ocean views on the upper levels.
On entering the villa you move through to the two bedrooms which face out to the pool and enclosed garden.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a king bed and is ensuite with a luxurious bathroom. There is another bathroom on this level in the hallway.
The bedrooms share the covered terrace. This is furnished with comfortable seating and is a lovely place to enjoy a cool drink while relaxing in the shade.
If sun worshipping is more your thing, head out to the plush sun loungers. Here you can soak up the rays and cool off in the inviting plunge pool.
As the kitchen is on the second level both bedrooms come equipped with mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Enjoy an early morning tea or coffee relaxing in bed or sitting on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Head upstairs for the main living area, kitchen and the third bedroom. These all have beautiful views of the ocean!
The large bedroom reflects the beautiful and calm blues and aquas of the ocean beyond. The bedroom leads out to a private balcony. There is a large bathroom just off the bedroom. If you fancy a swim just head down the spiral staircase to the pool.
The bespoke kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and has views of the ocean. It has a large bay window to the east allowing for the cool breeze to flow through the room. The living area has plush seating and a large flat screen smart TV. This leads out to the al fresco dining area. This is the perfect place to enjoy freshly grilled fish from the local market in Speightstown.
On the third level is a private sun deck and small terrace. Here you can really take in the views and relax in paradise.
Footsteps is a unique property in a perfect location close to the beach. The owners have taken great care in the decor throughout.
The villa is staffed with a housekeeper who will come by 3 times a week to refresh the linens and towels. She will ensure that the villa is kept clean and tidy. If you require more housekeeping services this can be arranged, payable locally. Pool and garden maintenance is provided once per week.
