The villa of Sa Terra Mallorca is similar in style to its sister villa Sa Punta but with many additional and different outdoor areas to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. It's located down a track into the valley and onto the large private 400 acre estate of Son Buñola, on the stunning North West coast of the island and just south of Valldemossa. Central to the estate is a historic unused manor house, surrounded by the dramatic scenery, terraces with citrus fruit trees, almonds and thousands of olive trees, and where the sheep pass by and graze the land. Guests are free to walk and wander through the estate and there is also access to a beautiful coastal walk and direct access to a pebble beach from the estate.
Sa Terra Mallorca is built around a central courtyard with olive and lemon trees, and has mountains all around and stunning sea views looking down the valley. This luxury villa is traditional Mallorcan style, with exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, but luxuriously appointed throughout with independent air conditioning in all the living areas. There are 4 large individually furnished bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, one has a sofa bed for an extra guest and the Master bedrooms has a king sized four poster bed, Jacuzzi and separate dressing room.
All the bedrooms of this luxury villa in Mallorca have their own terrace with table and chairs to sit and admire the beautiful views. There is a fully equipped country style kitchen with sitting for 6 people and a formal dining room with a long wooden table and fireplace to keep the mountain chill off in the cooler months and doors opening onto the terrace for the hot summer months. The living room is elegantly furnished with a feature fireplace, there is a TV area with video, DVD, English satellite television, Bose Hi-fi and surround sound system, which links through to the dining room, a selection of videos, DVD's, and CD's and access to the spacious terrace, which has a comfortable seating. The pool area at Sa Terra Mallorca is located at the back of the villa, where there are teak sun beds with cushions, umbrellas and pool towels. From this elevated position on the raised terraces there are the most incredible panoramic coastal and mountain views. There are various outdoor areas around this luxury Mallorca villa to dine or relax, there is an outdoor shaded dining area with BBQ and seating for 8-10 and casual seating and hammocks within the gardens on other levels. .
