Villa Arawan is a lovely 5 bedroom villa in Thailand, located on the west coast of Phuket 5 min drive from the town of Surin. The villa is elevated 200ft above sea level within a private secure estate, yet only a short drive to the beach and it has outstanding views over Surin, Bang Tao to the Andaman Sea..

The villa has been created to reflect both Thai and Western styles and was built by the same people who created the Amanpuri and Banyan Tree resorts. There are two large master suites and three further bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and balconies The large fully air conditioned living space being the main feature with unusually high ceiling and glass doors opening onto the terrace gives a real feel of space and light.

There are extensive outdoor terraces, polished teak floors, and beautiful Thai soft furnishings, an infinity swimming pool (10 x 5 m x 1.6m) and a large heated whirlpool with its own terrace. Relax in the sun or take shade in one of 2 Sala's (an open-air Thai living space with traditional Thai roof) located at either end of the pool, one is for outdoor dining and beautifully lit , an ideal spot to also enjoy the dramatic sunsets.

The accommodation of the villa on 3 levels, the top floor of the villa is the entrance hall, which leads to the two spacious Master bedrooms, both have king-size beds fabulous views, a private terrace, mini-fridge, safe, and a luxury en-suite bathroom with handmade bath and separate shower. There is also a desk with computer telephone connection.

A spiral staircase from the hall, leads down to the comfortable living space, the infinity pool, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 10 which opens out towards the pool deck.

There are also two bedrooms, a King bed and a twin/double, which have en-suite shower rooms and great views from their private balconies towards the Andaman Sea, Surin and Bang Tao beaches.

The lower floor features a large bedroom/cinema room, which has a small terrace twin/double bed and a separate private bathroom.

A sound system is linked from the living area to the home cinema and outdoors allow for music outside whilst others maybe watch a DVD indoors. There is also a collection of board games.
