Villa Chandra is a 4 bedroom hillside villa in Koh Samui, Thailand sits approximately 50 metres above sea level, with spacious terraces on different levels throughout the villa to enjoy the sun and shade at different times of the day and views of the sunrise on the east and the sunsets on the west. Villa Chandra’s location is only 10 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes drive from the busy nightlife in the town of Chewang or the many fine restaurants in the popular fisherman’s village of Bophut. There are secluded beaches on both sides of the villa just a short walk away (less than 200 metres)down the hill. The west side of the villa overlooks the bay of Bangrak and has stunning views of the neighbouring islands of Koh Som and Koh Phangan.

On the East side of this villa in Koh Samui are magnificent views over Tongson Bay, which can be appreciated whilst working out in the villa’s gymnasium. The gym offers state of the art equipment including a full Kinesis range of machines, a Treadmill / Exercise Bike / Stepper / Cross Trainer, Cardio Wave Machine, full set of free weights-benches and barbells – dumb-bells along with a sound system. The gym has been professionally designed and installed by Techno Gym and at the rear of the gym is an open terrace and to one side is a beautiful Koi Carp pond and water feature. . (children under 16 not allowed in the gym).

There is also a spacious terrace area ( 100sq mtrs), infinity pool 12m x 5m (salt water system), and the TV / dining room located on the east side. This room has a state of the art sound and viewing system including a 50 inch Pioneer Plasma TV, Denon Amp and DVD player with professional JBL Surround Sound a large collection of DVD and there is also an Xbox 360 games unit. (children under 16 must be supervised in this area due to the quality of the equipment) There is access from the dining room onto a large terrace and BBQ area, with seating 8 people and takes full advantage of the view.

Located on the West side is a second infinity edge pool 17m x 6m (salt water system), with 100 square metres of terrace area equipped with teak sun loungers, teak tables and parasols, a covered bar and Jacuzzi for 8 people which overhangs the terrace offering stunning bay views along with extensive living areas with views to the beach and surrounding bay, and large outdoor terraces for dining with bar, an ideal spot to watch the sunset. A snooker room with full size snooker table is located half a level up from the west terrace and is a perfect place to socialize during the evening. The snooker table is a family heirloom and antique which has been refurbished and imported and the owner requests no children under 16 are allowed to play on the table.

The fully equipped kitchen is in the basement area which can be easily accessed by the west stairwell. There are fridges in the bar area on the west pool and outside the gym on the east pool terrace.

There are two master bedrooms on the upper level of East side which share a terrace and a Jacuzzi,.Both suites enjoy the stunning views, they each have a large bath in the bathrooms with separate dressing area, a 42" plasma TV / HiFi system with surround sound, ipod connection/ DVD system/ Satellite (ubc)/ wireless internet and air conditioning.

There are suites on the west side, one on the upper level and one on the lower level.The lower level suite has a shower area with open garden terrace, a 42 inch plasma TV-HiFi system with surround sound, i-pod connection/DVD system/Satellite (UBC)/wireless Internet, 6m x 3m terrace and air conditioning, The upper suite is as above but has an additional private terrace (4.5m x 4.5m) which has a sitting area with 2 sun-loungers, a parasol and table. All rooms are fitted with safes.

The outdoors areas of this villa in Thailand offer one sala on the west which is were the bar is located and one sala on the east terrace where guests can enjoy a traditional Thai massage or a relaxing aroma oil massage. The spacious gardens surrounding the villa are filled with tropical flora and fauna and also have two koi ponds with waterfalls.

The views from the various points around this villa in Thailand are some of the best on Koh Samui, both sun rises and sunsets and the best of all is the moonlight view on the east side.

The property is equipped a Bosch alarm and CCTV cameras in the basement area, there are also with motion censors fitted throughout. Each room is fitted with smoke alarms which are wired into the alarm system. Guests operate the bedroom alarms with a key fob when staying in the property to keep there rooms secure. The area also has 24 hour security guards which patrol the perimeter of the property on a regular basis
