The spacious suites can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, and are built from local materials, featuring local artwork and have a traditional pitched Makuti ( thatched palm fronds) roof. Take a visit to Zanzibar town located midway along the West Coast of the island or the old part of the town, known as Stone Town, the cultural heart of Zanzibar dating back over 200 years and has an amazing network of narrow streets and alley ways, bazaars and markets along with mosques and temples to explore and is filled with old stone buildings with ornately decorated entrances and balconies. Maybe also check out the birthplace of the legendary Freddie Mercury! Along the seafront are several hotels, the old Sultan's Palace (House of Wonder), the old fort, restaurants and the docks
