Villa Pinar in Torremolinos is set in 2,000 sqaure metres of stunning landscaped garden, which was initially designed for the Swedish Ambassador. This fabulous family villa in Spain offers great privacy, security, quality fittings and can accommodate large families or groups of friends from 12 – 16 people.

The landscaped and picturesque gardens have decorative lily ponds, cascading water feature, with a heated pool 14m * 7m pool situated in the front garden, just next to the villa's main entrance and has pink and purple in-water pool lighting. Around the pool for guests comfort ar this villa in Spain are six long chairs, parasols and a teak dining table with six chairs. There is also a standing shower, small kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and a 6 seater Jacuzzi plus hammocks to take that afternoon siesta under the trees.

Master bedroom 1 - super king size (1.80m * 2m), air-conditioning, plasma screen TV connected to Sky satellite TV, walk in wardrobe which is leading to the en-suite bathroom. French doors lead out onto the patio and this room enjoys East orientation, so receives morning sunshine

Master bedroom 2 – en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and has morning sunshine, French windows will tempt you out of bed, directly onto the terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun.

Bedroom 3 – twin beds, just next to the second master bedroom and so ideal if travelling as a family group. It shares a bathroom, just opposite the corridor, with a second double bedroom and has air conditioning, morning sunshine and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 – Twin beds located away from the others, it is a charming unusual room which as been built into the rock, and the back wall is still made of the mountain rock. This is ideal for teenagers as it has both character and isolation and views are onto the pool with morning sunshine.

All four remaining bedrooms are double bedrooms with air conditioning & private heating.

All the bathrooms have a power-shower enclosed cubicle, one of them actually a built in FM radio so great to sing along whilst having your morning shower !

The main kitchen is modern and fully equipped, actually designed by a chef so will those people who ejpy trying their hand at a little gourmet cooking to complete the villa holiday experience . Depending on the season, guests can try some fruits collected from the garden, such as lemons, oranges and bananas. There is also a utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board

The spacious lounge expands over 60m2 to accommodate the large group of guests and has three huge windows facing the Bay of Malaga providing magnificent views. In winter on a clear day you can see the white summits of the Sierra Nevada and in the evening you can see the nightlights of Malaga.

The lounge also has a dining are with table and chairs for eight, a 42'' plasma screen with Sky TV, a surround system (5:1), radio / CD player, Internet and WIFI

There is a smaller second lounge (25m²), enjoying the same views and features a comfortable corner sofa.

Villa Pinar has over 100m² of terrace and covered patio with outdoor extensions on every floor, the top floor terrace has East and South exposition, and has an outside shower to cool off from the Spanish midday sunshine, and it is totally private from the neighbours who are far below. For shade, the patio area on the main floor is the place, it overlooks the Bay of Malaga, with gentle passing breezes as it is 85m above sea level. From the terrace, there is a 220° panoramic view that spans from the city of Malaga, the Bay, and the nearby beaches of the Costa del Sol.

There is also a double garage and ample, secure parking space for up to 6 cars.

Nearest Beach is Playamar, Torremolinos ( 1.9km away)you can walk along 7km of sandy beach, with bars and restaurants all along the way.
