This family villa in Spain is situated in a quiet residential area in Nueva Andalucía, near Puerto Banús.There is spacious lounge with open-fireplace and a formal dining area each room with windows looking out to the garden and pool.

The villa has DVD, plasma TV ( Sky), Video, CD player plus a computer and playstation for guests use. For outdoor dining there is a comfortable covered terrace area with seating and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a separate laundry room.

The 5 bedrooms at this villa in Nueva Andalucia  each have their own en-suite bathroom , plus there is a guest toilet.
Under a 5 minute drive from Villa Leona will bring you to the great beaches of either Puerto Banús or San Pedro.
