Villa Almendros is a superb luxury 4 bedroom villa in Spain surrounded by beautiful almond trees and located close to the village of Salinas, which is approximately 35 minutes away from Alicante

The villa is set amongst stunning scenery and with the friendly and welcoming locals in Salinas and Sax guests can experience an authentic slice of Spain. The villa is walking distance into Salinas and then Sax is a sizeable town with lots of bars and restaurants.

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms –
1 - King on upper floor with en-suite
2 - has a double with a single bed on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom
3 – has twin beds and is on the ground floor – shared shower room
4 – has a single bed and is on the upper floor – shared shower room
Both upstairs bedrooms have large terraces with stunning views
For an additional guests there is a sofa bed in the games room which has it’s own bathroom, there is also a pool table.

Villa Almendros is a great family villa in Spain and has lots to offer a large family or group of friends. The living room is air-conditioned and extremely spacious with a lounge/dining area with Sky TV, CD and French windows that open onto the large terrace. There is a well equipped, modern kitchen with black granite surfaces and there is also an outside kitchen, with barbecue, sink pergola and table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer and additional fridge to store additional drinks to keep everything chilled.

The outdoor areas of the villa are beautifully maintained and include the 11 X 5m swimming pool, an ornate fountain, grass areas, walled garden and extensive terraces equipped with tables and seating for relaxing in the shade.

In addition, there are 2 terraces upstairs again equipped with seating, these have stunning views of the mountains and surrounding countryside.

There is off road parking allowing up to three vehicles.
