It is a short walk ( approximately 50 metres ) to the white sandy beach, so parking problems in the busy season and no disturbance from the Camps Bay main road traffic.

The villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms, and has been recently refurnished providing new interiors to to create a truly luxurious villa holiday experience in Cape Town. The location and the design of the Bay Retreat makes it a great choice for families with young children, as there are cliff edges or unprotected balconies, and interior staircase has suitable railings (can be gated if required) plus the pool can be fenced too. Then for those who enjoy spending lazy days on the beach as it is only a gentle 2 minute stroll away. Later in the evenings, there are many choices of bars and restaurants in Camps Bay to sample good food and wines of South Africa with no worries about who is driving home.

Next to the pool is a spacious shaded terrace, which has comfortable seating and dining area with breathtaking views of the dramatic backdrop of the Twelve Apostles and Lions Head. The property also has its own private driveway and covered car port and it is fully secured, alarmed and with a 24 hour response company.

TV Lounge and study
This is a separate room equipped with large Samsung flat screen TV, Satellite, DVD, Playstation 3 and surround sound. The study is a “quiet” place for one of those moments to relax and view the many books available on the local attractions and history. There is also internet and a computer, to keep in touch with the outside world.
