Belle Ombre is a beautiful 5 bedroom thatched-roof property situated in the calm of Constantia Valley, within easy reach of Cape Vineyards and the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden. Automatic gates open onto the leafy driveway leading up to entrance hall which opens up directly to a large terrace with panoramic views of Constantia Valley and False Bay in the distance. This luxury residence is surrounded by gardens, where there is a 15 metre long, saltwater swimming pool. Upstairs on the 1st floor are 4 exquisite bedrooms, of which two can inter-connect and there are 3 en-suite bathrooms. The interior living areas include a formal lounge, TV lounge, guest cloakroom and family lounge leading to the kitchen and dining room. There is also a study and a guest suite with king-size bed that leads onto the terrace, which has a retractable awning to shade guests from the hot African sun. Belle Ombre has the option for under floor heating and pool heating making it an ideal winter rental and there are some wonderful restaurants near by where you can try a great variety of good wines and delicious food.
