Bailey View dates back to the 1920's and is situated over 1,000 sq mtrs of indigenous, hilly garden. There is immediate access to the beach with adequate parking and a single garage, plus the villa is a short stroll away from Camps Bay beach, fine restaurants, shopping centre, and Theatre on The Bay.
