Bedroom accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, two double bedrooms each served with en suite facilities - one with a bath and one with a double walk-in shower; there is also a cloakroom on this level.

Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with en suite bath and shower room, the other bedroom is a twin with a en-suite bathroom and patio door to the terrace overlooking the pool.

Outside there is a fabulous barbecue area set under a pergola with circular table and chairs - ideal for lunch or dinner. Step down from the pool to another garden area laid mainly to lawn with shrub and tree borders - great area for children to play.
