This Portugal villa is spacious with huge walled grounds for privacy, gated entrance for security, extensive gardens with putting greens, private pool ( heated, fenced 11mx 5m) surrounding sundeck and also a lake. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house, 4 bathrooms but can sleep 11 -12 

The family villa in Portugal boasts fabulous indoor/outdoor areas, including a wooden pergola located close to the lake with a large pool table, outdoor seating, table tennis, football game and sound system (Ipod system)

Around the pool area are outdoor sofa's, sun-loungers, dining table and chairs for relaxing in the Portuguese sunshine as well as a steam room, Jacuzzi and BBQ.

The kitchen has always been a major attraction in this villa with its massive stone island unit - perfect for parties, with various bar stools, ( 8 in total) Mixing cocktails in the afternoon, (there are 2 x large wine-coolers and 2 x American freezer to use - enough space for all your food and drinks.

Separate wooden spa house next to the pool area with Jacuzzi and steam bath with hot/cold shower and Boze sound system. There is also a barbeque area next to the kitchen's sliding doors with gas barbeque and normal wood fire barbeque. The outside seating area in front of the living room area (seats 6) features sliding doors with a glass window for breezy evenings.

The lounge area is all open space from the kitchen, with comfortable leather sofas, sliding terrace doors leading onto the outdoor garden which is illuminated at night and pool area. The lounge has a large plasma TV with Sky English channels, TV Cabo satellite programs, closed fireplace, air-conditioning, IPod stereo surround sound system in all rooms of the main house,) DVD, CD player, wifi on the ground floor of the main house and for children a playstation3 games console. Patio doors opening onto the terrace leading to the garden and pool area. This outside terrace has a large glass window one the side for cooler nights.

The kitchen features granite work surfaces, central large island, American freezer, extractor fan, double sink, hob, Bosch oven, Bosch dish washer, Bosch microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, full complement of utensils, crockery and cookware. Large oak dining table with 12 leather cream chairs Open kitchen with island , oak dining table to seat 12 ( additional table available for more seating), open plan to living area and with sliding doors to the pool area.

The utility room (next to kitchen) with outside side entrance features 2 x washing machines, tumble dryer, extra American freezer with icemaker and inverted Osmoze Water-filter system. (no need to buy water or ice cubes ) 2x wine coolers one for white wine and one for red wine.
