Dar Lima and Dar Lisa are two beautiful villas in Morocco located on a four acre estate, filled with palm tree and situated in an exclusive area of the Palmeraie. The views are amazing of the Atlas and Jebl Ette mountains, with the tranquil the north side of palm trees and farms on the protected government land, where you have scenes of grazing sheep and passing camel. On the southern side, the Atlas Mountains are framed by the other neighbouring luxury villas in Morocco. The larger of these two Moroccan villas is Dar Lima, which now has 13 bedrooms all ensuite and next door is Dar Lisa, with five bedrooms. Both luxury villas are separated by a wall and are independent of each other having their own kitchen, courtyard, roof terrace, reception rooms, swimming pool and hot tub, but make an ideal choice for large parties and groups travelling together.

Accommodation consists of :
The 13 bedrooms all have their own en suite bathrooms, with separate bath and shower, double beds, with three bedrooms that can separate into twins. Seven of the bedrooms have feature fireplaces, as do all communal areas.
The new 5 bedrooms consist of : Two large rooms with good light from the 'cours Anglais' and the other three are smaller and useful for children or staff.

Dining available in the grand dining room (seats 26), the interior courtyard (seats 60) and poolside, which can also seat large parties. Dining on the terrace is possible on request.

Ground Floor: Large columned entrance with vestibule and dome, two toilets, television room, four bedrooms all with private garden terraces, a large modern kitchen, spacious interior courtyard with dining table and salon seating, dining room with fireplace, cosy salon with fireplace and a cushioned alcove with under floor heating facing the courtyard. All these facilities lead to the large sweeping spiral staircase.

First Floor: Four luxury bedrooms with feature fireplaces and passage way (couloir) with antique double doors leads to private balcony terraces facing the Atlas mountains and overlooks the interior courtyard. The peripheral salon is covered by a tent with Berber columns and features a rustic fireplace and under floor heating. There is also a guest toilet and linen storage.

Roof Terrace: Access by the internal staircase, the roof terrace has sweeping views from this luxury villa in Morocco of the Atlas and Jebl Ette mountains, cosy seating areas and a large hot tub.

Basement: Surrounded by a sunken courtyard (court Anglais) to give light and air to its rooms, the basement’s guest facilities include a games room, gym, conference room, wine cave, cigar cave and two communal toilets. The basement also houses a second kitchen for preparing meals for large groups, various store rooms, the laundry, staff showers and toilets, staff bedrooms and the office

The staff comprises of 17 member, who look after both villas on the estate, the team includes a general manager, chef, head-of-house, head waiter, four housekeepers/servers, office secretary, two technicians, security guard, chauffeur and three gardeners. There is also a full-time masseuse available for beauty treatments and Hammam gomage for a charge per service. Nanny services can be organised upon request at an extra charge

The chef creates an international menu offering pages of mouth-watering recipes for guests to select delicious meals from during their stay at this luxury villa in Morroco. In addition to a varied traditional Moroccan menu, the local chef has been trained to prepare European meals, such as Mediterranean fish and seafood recipes to suit guests preferences.
