Villa Carmen is a magnificent villa, designed to take full advantage of light and space, the modern minimalistic interiors create a feeling of simplicity and freshness, with Italian porcelain floors, Catalan vaulted ceilings and glorious colours for the furnishings, art and halogen lighting clearing planned for each area, contrasting, as well as combining with the white walls of this amazing villa. The curved full length windows and skylights bring the outdoors inside, with views onto the stunning pool and the tropical gardens, which are lined with trees to give maximum privacy. There is also a sense of tranquillity as you enter the villa with the beautiful indoor garden and water features. As you walk out through the sliding doors you are greeted by the unique circular swimming pools that almost stretch across the entire length of the villa. The formal indoor dining area has seating for 10 people with almost 360 degree views, and there is an adjacent fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Overlooking the pool and garden is a split level family/entertainment room, which has a television and also a bar area.

The outdoor dining area is perfect for eating outside, there are sun loungers along the side of the pool terrace to ensure you just relax under the Caribbean sun and a gym with squash court, to work off those extra calories. Two sumptuous garden suites with pool views are on the first level and a spiral stair case elegantly stretching through the entrance area leads to the second floor, where there are 3 further suites including the incredible master suite.

This suite boasts 2 en-suite bathrooms, a Jacuzzi overlooking the garden, a peaceful massage area and private terrace. All the suites have air-conditioning, TVs and telephones. On the upper level is an entertainment area with Satellite TV, DVDs and library.

Villa Carmen is located on the 18 hole golf course at Playacar, Playa del Carmen just a short walk from the beach Club, and expands across 13,000 sq ft with a security system and computer network installation and telephone. Playa Del Carmens famous 5th Avenue is also just a short distance away.
