Villa Tuscia is a superb country house standing proudly in its own three-acre estate and is located approximately one mile along an unpaved turning off the main highway between Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. The villa is built on the crest of a hill that overlooks charming medieval Orvieto, which has a magnificent cathedral. Tuscia is perfectly positioned for guests to visit central Italy’s most interesting cultural treasures and beauty spots with easy access to all of Umbria, the fascinating Tuscia region of North Lazio, and South East Tuscany.

Guests can enjoy absolute relaxation and peace – sipping local wines around the pool ( 14m x 7m), fishing in the small lake that is part of the property’s estate, or enjoying a range of superb dishes, prepared by the local cook. Villa Tuscia is tastefully furnished in classic Italian style and is nestled amongst well maintained gardens naturally perfumed with a rich variety of herbs and flowers including rosemary, lavender and beautiful roses. The outside veranda is just the place for al fresco dining and unforgettable evening barbecues.On the ground floor is a spacious entrance hallway with dining table and fireplace. To the right is a roomy and well-equipped split level kitchen, with seating for four, a larder and service bathroom. To the left of the entrance are two sitting rooms - both with their own fire place and windows giving views onto the garden. The other larger living room has French windows lading out onto the external veranda.

A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom one with shower and one with a Jacuzzi bath, and there is one twin bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom. The additional bedrooms are located in two annexes, which are close to the main house. One bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen and has a sitting room, sofa bed, and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath. The second annexe is close to the lake and has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
