Villa Chianti is beautiful country style villa built out of the local stone from the river that runs alongside extensive park like gardens. The villa has fabulous views of the surrounding countryside, from the top of the hill and the river Chiani is ideal for trying your hand at fishing for the local trout. There is tranquil and peaceful atmosphere at Villa Chianti the ideal place to relax with the sound of singing birds and the running water of the river and great for families who will enjoy the spacious grounds. The villa has wooden beamed ceilings throughout, cosy soft lighting and beautifully furnished in an elegant farmhouse style.
On the ground floor, is the entrance and one of the double bedrooms and then staurs take you up to the TV room . On this upper floor is a spacious living room with fireplace leading out to the conservatory, which has French windows opening to the large terrace overlooking the pool area and the lawns. The living room also opens into the indoor dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Both the kitchen and the conservatory have French windows onto the terrace which has a outdoor dining table to seat up to 12. From the living room up a few stairs is a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom a single room and the master bedroom with walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom. On the lower level of the main house is an annexe with a room, which has two sofa beds, a laundry room and a bathroom with shower. On this level there is also a small gym room with various exercise apparatus and a sauna.
