Villa Rossi is a splendid 18th century Tuscan 6 bedroom villa just three kilometres from the picturesque village of Impruneta and a twenty minute drive from Florence itself. This dyllic location within a twelve-acre garden, which surroundings the villa and access is by way of a magnificent, tree-lined drive, flanked by ancient cypresses, guests will certainly be moved by their proud elegance as they approach the house. The spacious swimming-pool ( approx 14.5m x 6.5m) with adjacent changing rooms is in an elevated position overlooking the villa and beautiful countryside. Villa Rossi is a part time home to a young couple of Italian aristocrats who otherwise share their time between Rome and Florence and they have furnished the villa with impeccable style and taste, reflecting the time and patience the owners have dedicated to it.
Ground Floor: Guests gain access to the villa from French doors, which lead directly into the spacious living room. A study with satellite TV and a fireplace stands behind the living room. To the right is a finely appointed second living room, and beyond that is the main dining room with a splendidly decorated beamed ceiling. Breakfast is included daily except on Sundays and holidays. Continuing beyond a small entrance vestibule, there is a second smaller dining room with a fireplace from where you will see steps down to a substantial wine cellar. Behind the second dining room is a kitchen with a laundry room and larders. A long corridor from the kitchen takes you behind the reception rooms, past a guest bathroom and returning into the main living room.

First Floor: There are three separate staircases leading to the first floor. The staircase from the kitchen takes you up to a landing and corridor. This corridor runs the length of the floor and has windows overlooking the patio to the right while to the doors on the left open into a twin bedroom overlooking the rose garden, a single room and a dressing-room. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with Jacuzzi. Along the corridor you pass a guest bathroom after which are two more double rooms. These are served by two bathrooms one with shower the other with bathtub. At the end of the corridor is another twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and an adjacent single bedroom.

As you enter onto the ground floor, a large living room with fireplace welcomes you, which leads to a dining area and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, ideal for indoor grilling. French windows from the kitchen take you out to the outside patio which is the great for outdoor dining. Also on this level are two double bedrooms: one with two twin beds (90x195cm.) walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom, the second is smaller, with a queen size bed and has a separate bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, a double bedroom ( 180x195 cm.) with walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom and one with twin beds (100x195cm) and bathroom. The master suite is on the top floor, which has a double bed (180x195cm), a spectacular views of the valley, en suite bathroom as well as a TV room with fireplace. There is also access to the gardens below via an external stairway.
