This luxury villa in Tuscany is located north of Grosseto and a twenty-five minute drive from the beach. With magnificent grounds extending over 2300 acres of Tuscan landscapes and its own private 12-hole (10 greens) golf course, for guests to enjoy a round whenever they like in absolute peace and tranquillity. Tee-off is just less than a mile for the property.

Representing the utmost in luxury and service, Villa Maremma is beautifully decorated, all the bedrooms have air-conditioning, the bathrooms are spacious, and the living area is generously sized and welcoming. Alongside the main house, there is a pool house, which boasts an authentic Mediterranean Hamm-am for your wellbeing and relaxation. The expert staff at Villa Maremma are friendly yet unobtrusive and they will ensure guests receive a well-earned break. Anya looks after the daily cleaning and Paola prepares delightful Italian meals according to your own personal choices and preferences.Anya will shop in the mornings and get fresh bread and requirements as needed.

On the ground floor, French windows from the front garden open onto a spacious living room with feature fireplace, and a TV room, which has a home theatre system. The TV room is spacious with a cinema style projection system onto a large screen and a surround sound system - there is a sky cable system with a variety of channels in different languages.To the left of the hall staircase is a study and the formal dining room, which also has a fireplace. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a bathroom with shower, and the staff quarters. All rooms on the ground level at the front and sides of the house have French windows for easy access to the extensive gardens. On the upper floor is a billiard room and loggia which overlooks the pool and commands fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. There are also two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom and to one side of the billiard room, a corridor leads to the other 4 bedrooms. The Pool House has a cosy sheltered area with sofas, chairs and table, a few metres from away the swimming pool. It also has a small kitchen that includes a drinks refridgerator and an ice making machine for preparing drinks and snacks. On the other side of the pool there is a changing room with towels, a WC and not forgetting the Hammam and cooling bath.

The Golf Course is located about a kilometre away from the house and Clubs are available to use. There are also 3 golf carts available for a small extra charge which is reccomended.
The riding stables houses several horses that belong to the owner that can be rented. It should be stressed though that these horses are only for the very experienced rider as they are keen to go.
