L'Acacia. is an exceptionally attractive coastal villa set on a hill near the picturesque seaside resort of Ansedonia in the Maremma area of Tuscany. “L’Acacia” itself boasts a large veranda – again incredible views, just the place for drinks and al fresco dining. The landscaped garden at the rear has several enticing shaded nooks and crannies for reading and relaxing. Furnished throughout in perfect Italian style, 3 out of 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned and all have their own private bathrooms.
Steps from an outer gate lead to the veranda where majestic French windows open onto the large living room area, sectioned into three parts: a lounge to the right and a further sitting room with TV to the left plus a cosy parlour for card games. A few yards further down on the left, the dining room is followed by a second entrance hall and the kitchen with access to the rear garden. Alongside the kitchen there is a handy laundry room and small double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower.
A discreet door on the right side of the main living room leads to the sleeping area. The master bedroom has TV and en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub; the corridor leads to a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and to a fourth double bedroom – both with en suite bathrooms with shower. The sixth bedroom has two single beds and of course its own en suite bathroom with shower. This latter bedroom is on the upper floor and stands alongside a wide terrace; this may be reached by two stairways – one internal and one external
