Il Pupillo is the newest Tuscan villa to be re built and restored for Tuscany Villa rental on the 1,000 acre Santo Stefano Estate in the heart of rolling tuscan hills and managed by an excellent Management team that provide additional services such as daily shopping,horse riding, mountain bikes to hire, loads of good advice of what to do in the area and all of them speak english and available at any time. So if you want to organise a cook, know where to buy the best italian ice cream or some of those fabulous forentina steaks, book good local restaurants and just have people on hand to help you have the best tuscan holiday or vacation then their help can make all the difference.

Il Pupillo is perfect for large groups or families wanting to enjoy an 8 bedroom house, a large swimming pool, outside and inside dining under the Loggia in a modern but authentic Tuscan style Villa than this could be the Villa in Tuscany to rent you have dreamed of.

The Kitchen is well equipped with lots of pans, cooking utensils, fridge, dishwasher, 6 burner gas range and electric oven. Outside by the Loggia is a BBQ and a further fridge for keeping cold drinks, beers, wines and much more so you and your guests don't have to go back into the house from the pool.

The sideboard in the main room is full of white crockery, serving plates and the Villa comes with linen table cloths which they encourage you to use for dining.

The living room has a large flat screen television which is hooked up to satellite Sky television and DVD player. There is also Wifi and passwords are provided in the house info details for up to 2 laptops to be used at any one time.

Off the living room is a powder room with 2 sinks, toilet and bidet.

There is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the downstairs living room although most of the time the temperature and light breeze is very nice.

Bedrooms; There are 8 bedrooms which all have en suite bathrooms that either have a tub with shower or shower except in the master twin and king size rooms that has both.All bedrooms are spacious with 6 beds being upstairs and 2 further bedrooms on the ground floor and ideal for guests who might prefer not to climb stairs.
