I Giardini.is the name of a complex of three houses composed of an imposing 19th century 5 bedroom Farmhouse, a 2 bedroom Converted Barn and a one bedroom Guest house, just a few minutes drive from the coast in the beautiful Maremma area of southern Tuscany. The property has recently been restored and refurbished to the highest of standards. Surrounded by olive groves, "I Giardini” estate consists of more than 370 acres of private land including an organic orchard and vegetable garden. The Main house stands atop a hill with commanding views of the valley and nearby Mediterranean. The ideal solution for families and friends with children, “I Giardini” even has a grass football pitch for the more boisterous of guests. Mountain bikes and ponies are also available. The swimming pool located between the three houses has an attractive loggia and plenty of comfortable loungers. All bedrooms rooms are air conditioned.

The Main House, ground floor: There is a large, fully-equipped modern kitchen with breakfast room. The dining room can accommodate up to twelve; alongside is a generous living room with massive, old-style fireplace. French windows open onto the garden and terrace. All rooms have attractive, character, parquet flooring and beamed ceilings.
First Floor: There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the right side of the stairs you enter the TV room. On the other side of the TV room there is a room with two sets of bunk beds with en-suite bathroom with tub. Next door there a further two singles, which share a bathroom with shower. A short corridor leads down to the master suite with en suite bathroom with wooden bath tub. Outside steps provide handy access to the verdant garden below.

The Converted Barn: Its ground floor consists of a master bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with tub. A further twin bedroom with single beds and an adjacent shower room are also available. Stairs from the front entrance take you up to the comfortable attic area: two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The converted barn also contains a cosy living room with satellite TV and a fireplace .There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with all mod-cons.
Guest House: This charming annexe overlooks the organic fruit orchard. The Guest House has a large twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub as well as TV and ceiling fan.
