Villanova is a modern Sorrento villa, boasting everything one might need and where quality and comfort flows throughout. The villa is accessed through a private gate, along a well-lit road, approximately 200 meters long.

GROUND FLOOR: Accessible by 5 large French doors opening from the terrace in front of the house and leading into one large living room, the ground floor is divided by an arch shaped opening onto a separate lounge and dining area. The lounge is furnished with a large comfortable sofa with cushions, a large wooden table, and a beautiful fireplace surrounded by decorative antique tiles. The living room boasts a 50-inch, flat screen TV and a full Bose stereo system with CD and DVD player. The living room has a small studio corner with desk and computer with wireless Internet connection. The living room is connected to a dining area with a large dining table for 8. The modern and fully equipped kitchen, situated next to the dining room, boasts a 4-range gas stove, double sink, oven, refrigerator, freezer, electrical espresso and American coffee machine, ice machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. The kitchen is full of light, thanks to 3 large arch shaped windows overlooking the terrace and garden area. There is also a small deposit/storage room, closet, ½ bathroom, and staff bathroom.

SPA: Accessible from the living room, the entire spa area is encompassed by mosaic tiles. To the left hand, is a spacious bathroom with full shower and sink. To the right, 3 steps down leads to an open shower with Turkish bath with two benches. 14 steps leads up to the top floor where a large heated Jacuzzi whirl pool for 6/8 people awaits. An arch shaped window leads directly out onto the terrace. The Spa is equipped with bathrobes, towels, slippers, soaps etc. A French door leads behind the house, from where one can also reach the bedrooms or pool.

FIRST FLOOR: 19 steps up from the ground floor, this area has 4 bedrooms (three double and one twin bedded room). Each bedroom has a private bath and all have heating/air conditioning, which can be regulated independently. All bedrooms have 20-inch, plasma satellite TV. All bedrooms are furnished similarly, in a minimalist style, each in a different colour theme. The bedrooms are full of light and enjoy high ceilings and whitewashed walls, sliding doors, and ceramic tile floors. One of the bedrooms is handicapped accessible directly from the front garden up a handicapped ramp. Three of the bedrooms access a terrace situated on the same floor.

The first double bedroom has a large bathroom and a private terrace. The second is a twin bedroom with a terrace through a half French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is a small double with separate dressing area, large bathroom with shower, and a terrace through a half French door. The fourth bedroom is a spacious double with French door with access behind the house. This last bedroom also enjoys a large, en-suite bathroom with shower.

ROOF DECK: (up 20 steps from the first floor). The roof deck boasts a beautifully panoramic pool with hydro-massage. The pool is roughly 3.5 meters long x 1.20 meters deep. The pool is set on a wooden deck terrace equipped for sunbathing (280 square feet) with four thick cushions to lay on by the pool, surrounded by a large, glass barrier, allowing for panoramic views out towards the green surroundings and the Mediterranean. The roof deck has a large, open shower lined with ceramic tiles from the end of the 18th century. The pool deck also houses a small bar corner with small refrigerator and sink, ice machine, coffee machine, and ½ bathroom. There is also a closet with pool towels, slippers, and bathrobes. Internet connection with wireless connection is available.

OUTDOOR AREAS: There is a large terrace with built-in benches, tables with chairs, umbrellas, and a barbeque. The villa is also surrounded by various outdoor areas, a large grass plain, and a vegetable garden
