A wonderful 3 bedroom villa is located in the exclusive residential district of Le Morne on the south west coast of Mauritius. La Mignonne lies at the foot of Le Morne mountain, has extensive lawned gardens, palm trees, tropical shrubs and a fenced off pool.

The traditional style bungalow is built on one level and has a spacious covered veranda across the front of the property. Ideal for al fresco living the veranda has a seating and dining area. Through the front door one finds the spacious living room and separate dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. The bedrooms at the rear of the house comprise of the master air-conditioned bedroom en-suite with beautiful four poster bed, another double bedroom with air conditioning and a twin bedded room with ceiling fan. There is a separate second bathroom. Nearby activities include Snorkeling (Le Morne), Golf (18 holes at Le Paradis Hotel), Kite Surf (Le Morne)
