Viceroy Maldives features 61 bungalows which occupy the vast areas on the beach and lagoon. 32 of the 61 bungalows are located over the water, with the remaining 29 located on the beach. Each bungalow is designed with the intent to have maximum privacy, either on the lagoon or on the beach by providing ample distance between each of the bungalows to maintain intimacy and spacy for guests.

Located on the water's edge, the Beach Bungalows offer generous living spaces surrounded by a lush screen of greenery. Past the shower and deep soaking tub in the bedroom's spacious en-suite bathroom, you will discover a door that opens out to the bungalow's beautiful private garden with an exterior area of 89 square metres. This intimate garden holds an outdoor shower and oversized plunge pool on the sundeck, leading directly onto the soft sand of the beach or up to the opwn spaces of the living area.

Deluxe Beach Bungalows (13) - 2 bedroom to sleep 4 people.
These deluxe beach bungalows are nestled between lush gardens and the soft sand of the island's edge and feature private plunge pools and incredible views beyond the windows of the soaring interiors. Each bungalow have floor to ceiling windows, soaring ceilings that rise above the master bedroom, spacious living room and en-suite bathroom with its own outdoor shower. The bungalow has a second floor loft, where the daybed provides additional space for lounging or just soaking in the panoramic views. There is also a second bedroom with two twin beds and an attached bathroom.

These beautiful water bungalows overlook the soothing lagoon with stunning views. The bungalows are expansive and full of light while at the same time retain an intimate feel. This 3 bedroom Royal Villa is the only option for those seeking the very best that the Maldives has to offer. The generous living room overlooks the lagoon through floor-to-ceiling windows, and the split-level deck holds a 60 square metre plunge pool just steps from the water.

The dining room and fully stocked bar connects the media lounge and a game room with a champion-sized pool table.
