Cape Pounta are 2 newly built villas within a gated estate, both elegantly designed in modern-traditional style to sleep 6 – 8 guests and are surrounded by landscaped grounds with the vibrant colours of nature.

Villa Lago(sleeps 6) and Villa Mare(sleeps 6-8) Each villa has its own pool and jacuzzi overlooking Skiathos town and the rental includes a car, transfers, 24 hour concierge and daily maid service

Each villa has two stories with the entrance on the top floor where there is a large open-plan space which has a fully equipped kitchen with hand crafted Spanish floor tiles, dining area, living room with comfortable sofas, open wooden beamed ceilings and floors, and a fireplace with light coloured walls creating a cosy ambiance, be it in the winter or summer time. There are plenty of large windows and patio doors leading out to the terrace to gaze out and admire the amazing beauty of the outdoors. A stairway near the entrance leads down to the lower level where there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with high quality beds, linens and towels. The master has an en-suite bathroom and the other two other bedrooms ( 1 twin and 1 double) share a large bathroom, with Korres Natural Products provided each have doors leading out to the pool and garden area. Both villas have a private infinity pool and connected hydro massage pool. Close to the pool is a built in BBQ and dining area with outdoor kitchen facilities. Relax and enjoy the dazzling views in the sunny afternoons then later watch the wonderful sunset.

The villas have a unique water filtering system to have certified drinkable tap water, something not common on the island and there is wireless internet through the property.

Outdoors has plenty of space for dining or just relaxing with the garden which has many colourful flowers, various trees and few vegetables, an Olive grove and some pine trees ( approx 500sq ft), infinity pool, hydro massage, sun beds, BBQ, dining area and not to forget the most beautiful views.

Transfers are included from the airport, or port or anywhere else guests may arrive on Skiathos plus the use of a car.

Access directly to the island of Skiathos via Athens or Thessolonica via domestic flights, or ferry – hyrofoils also from Thessolonica
