The accommodation is on various levels
Ground floor: an open plan area with a comfortable sitting room and a spacious dining area for 6 persons with wooden floors and natural light flowing through from the balcony doors and the numerous windows on the vaulted ceilings
From the dining area there a few stairs leading to the bedroom hall way, where there is a luxurious master bedroom with king size bed and Jacuzzi bathtub within the bedroom, a large dressing room, bathroom with double vanity and a steam- hydro-massage shower enclosure, balcony with sea view.

Bedroom 2 -queen sized bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower located next to the master bedroom and has a balcony with sea view. Off the bedroom hallway stairs lead to a TV room with comfortable seating TV, DVD and home theatre system. From the sitting area is another hallway leading to an office -library which exits to a balcony with sea view there is also a guest WC with shower serves both the sitting area and the office.

Lower Level: a corridor leads to Bedroom 3 which has a king size bed, a double pull out sofa, en suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with fantastic sea views.
Next to the bedroom there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing board and a guest WC
The kitchen is state of art with all modern appliances, dining table and has sea views. There is also a door that leads out on the pool area.

Basement: Bedroom 4 - large colorful room with twin beds ( no view) serves as extra bedroom for children or nanny it is spacious and well equipped but has no windows – this room has both indoor and independent exterior access via the rear terrace.

Outdoors:
Spacious exterior grounds - front courtyard with fantastic views to the sea and the beautiful sunsets
Terrace with seating and stairs down to the pool level which has sunbeds, shaded pergola with table and chairs to enjoy the most amazing views and sunsets – there is also a pool shower
Giant Chess on the pool area
Rear terrace has a lounge area and a small basketball court
