Villa Sol is a belle epoque style villa, built in 1880 and located on the water with stunning views overlooking the bay of Cap Ferrat. It is a beautiful old villa in France, which has been completely renovated to bring the villa to a top class condition with air-conditioning fully equipped kitchen and southerly position attracting the sun as well as taking full advantage of the panoramic views of the bay. The port of Villefranche is an easy 5 minutes walk without even having to cross any roads, the villa is very central, yet quiet. Considered to be one of the best villas on the Cote d'Azur, it has all the features of the belle epoque period, and is only 100 metres from the beach and 1 mile from Cap Ferrat.

Villa Sol has 6 bedrooms ( including the Guardians apartment ) , main living room with feature fireplace and dining area for 10 guests and a  Guardians house in the grounds .

Master bedroom 1 with double bed, corner office and terrace. Walk-in dressing room. Ensuite bathroom .
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, terrace, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 second master with en-suite shower room and dressing room and private terrace.
Bedroom 5 in Guest house with en-suite + small lounge (Double bed)
Bedroom 6 in Guardian’s apartment in the rear garden ( Double bed, kitchen, lounge, bathroom etc)
Each bedroom in the main house is similar, with a walk-in dressing room, en-suite bathroom and great views. One of the bedrooms has an office area.
