Le Mas de Oliviers has large open terraces with breathtaking views, a beautiful infinity swimming pool ( can be heated) tiled with antique Italian marble, a Jacuzzi, outdoor dining table for 12, a petanque court to play boules and the interiors are provençal in style, modern and yet rustic complemented by  Italian tiles, terra-cotta stucco walls and glass doors. 

Each and every detail at this luxury villa in the South of France has been taken care inside and out, the spacious living room contains a collection of fine art and has a stereo with CD player, cable TV, VCR and leads out to a vast upper terrace, which has its own seating area, retractable awnings and panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes, Les Iles de Lérins and Cap d’Antibes. At night look down on the twinkling lights of Cannes filling the evening sky. The terra-cotta terrace is furnished with teak dining table and lounge chairs and the fragrant garden is filled with olive trees, clematis, jasmine, lavender and herbs surrounding the heated pool.  The swimming pool has a shallow end for children and a connecting Jacuzzi. It operates an Ozonator treatment system that eliminates the need for chlorine and provides for clearer water.

Delicious meals are prepared by a professional chef, which can be appreciated in the warm and inviting indoor, Provencal style dining room decorated with local pottery or on the dining terrace with a glass or two of chilled wine whilst taking full advantage of the sea views, both areas seat 12. The chef graduated from one of the most prestigious culinary schools in France, Les Sorbets, and has trained at several Michelin star rated restaurants.  He will be delighted to prepare your favourite dishes and cater to any specific dietary needs.

There five guest bedrooms, decorated to a high standard with top quality double beds, en-suite bathrooms and individual heat control. The three principal bedrooms ( including Master suite on Upper Floor )have stunning sea views, French doors leading out to the terrace, en-suite bathroom with colourful hand-painted tiles, separate bath and shower plus a double vanity with marble top. The bed in the Tulip room can be separated into twin beds. A separate entrance accesses the two upper bedrooms, which have en-suite bathrooms with shower, hand-painted tiles and marble tops. The bed in the Sunlight room can be separated into twin beds. A further two staff bedrooms are available, which have a separate entrance.

Villa Le Mas des Oliviers is only a short drive away from the cosmopolitan style and glamour of Cannes the Cap D’Antibes elegant shops and beaches, which are in contrast to the cultural experiences in the surrounding villages.  For example the glassblowers of Biot, the perfume factories of Grasse, the Picasso museums of Antibes and Vallauris, the goat cheese farm and beautiful hilltop town of Gourdon and much more.

Golf is also not far away, which include the Royal Mougins and the Old Cannes course in Mandelieu, tennis is available at nearby courts, mountain biking (the villa has two bicycles for guests to use), beautiful walking trails just behind the villa with incredible view, water-skiing and tubing, several beaches, and a beauty salon and health spa just five-minute drive from the villa.  Renting a rent a boat is a fabulous way to explore the South of France coastline, taking of off for the day to places such as St. Tropez.
