Villa Jaune is a wonderful 6 bedroom family villa in France, situated in a prestigious gated domain in Mougins, close to the old town and 30 minutes drive to Nice airport. Cannes is approximately 15 minutes drive with its bustling shops and beaches.

This splendid Mediterranean style property is situated on one hectare of land which boasts two swimming pools (6mx12m and 2m x 6m), a tennis court and plenty of outdoor space. The villa itself is bright and expansive allowing for a large family or indeed two families to live harmoniously together with separate areas throughout with a large communal area in the centre of the house.

When entering villa you are immediately greeted by the large lounge which has expansive windows providing spectacular views over old town of Mougins from all angles. Easy to see why Picasso spent so many years in Mougins.

The lounge has a seating area with television and dining area for 8 people and leads onto the office space which goes out onto the garden and pool area.

The country kitchen is bright and airy with a dining table to seat up to 10 people. Equipped with gas stove, fridge, and coffee machine and leading into a second kitchen with large American fridge freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob and dishwasher.

Air-conditioned bedrooms – including Master bedroom, double bed (200cm) or two twins (2 X 100cm) with open plan bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Currently a small bedroom just across hallway for infants bedroom with cot.
