Villa Mandelieu in France is a character, provencal style villa with 4/5 bedrooms, which can accommodate 8- 10 people. Steps lead up to the main entrance and terrace, which has a teak table seating 8, and relaxing chairs to sit back and enjoy the views over the bay of Cannes. The living area in this French villa is open plan, with a large 70m² lounge / dining room furnished with antique style furnishing and original Provençal tiles. There is also a Coffee lounge, CD player, television with satellite, DVD and video. The large, sun-filled kitchen is filled with authentic charm, yet with all modern amenities, American fridge, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, halogen hob. In the basement you will also find an original washroom, fitted out with washing machine and tumble dryer. For those guests who wish to keep in touch with the world outside, there is an office/library off the dining room, which can easily be converted into a fifth bedroom, and is equipped with Fax /telephone and high speed internet connection. A wooden staircase take you to the first floor, which has a Master bedroom with king sized bed, television with satellite, views over the bay of Cannes and en suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds, with an adjacent bathroom and toilet. There is a further two double bedrooms, both have en-suite shower rooms. Outdoors the pool has a tiled surrounding area with 8 sun- loungers and a dining terrace with eating facility for 10.There is a beautiful heated pool( 12m x 6m) with covered summer kitchen, barbecue, refrigerator, dishwasher cooking facilities and a further covered dining area.

This lovely villa in France is situated minutes walk from the bustling coastal town of Mandelieu with its restaurants, harbour and sandy beaches.

Mandelieu is just 15 minutes along the coast to Cannes, its neighbour, and only 25 minutes from Nice airport.
