They are both waterfront villas that were designed the late 19th Century by the architect Chapoulard, who was renowned for his Moorish style villas on the Cote d’Azur. These two astonishingly beautiful villas in France are located next to each other and are set in their own individual, lush gardens along the seafront between Cannes and St Tropez. There is an access gate, which can be opened between the two villas for larger groups both properties and they share a private port and boat house. Due to the location of these villas in France and their historical importance, they are among the few listed rental villas on the Côte d'Azur providing the privileged few with comfort, calm and luxury.
 

Villa Les Palais has 11 bedrooms and can sleep up to 25 guests, and it is set slightly back from the seafront with beautifully manicured lawns leading gently down to the sea. Inside, the accommodation of this luxury French villa is located on 3 floors, with high ceilings and grand windows creating a wonderful light, airy ambience. On the ground floor is a guest cloak room and an air-conditioned Living/dining room, with the grand windows opening onto a terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one has a Jacuzzi bath and the others have multi-jet showers.

The First floor has 2 Double air-conditioned bedroomswith en-suite bathrooms and a private terrace, one with wonderful sea views and a Jacuzzi bath. These two bedrooms are inter-connecting and the second can only be accessed through the first, or via an external staircase. There is also a single bedroom with sea view, shower room, accessed via separate stairs from kitchen.
The second floor, between the two towers is a Double air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite multi-jet shower room. This bedroom is accessed via the large roof terrace between the towers with a splendid view of the sea and has a large heated Jacuzzi, Hammam and Solarium.

The outdoors around this villa in South of France are lush, mature, well manicured gardens, which lead down to the seafront, is the swimming pool ( 10m x 5m), and alongside is a large covered dining terrace, summer kitchen and WC.
