These luxury villas in France were designed the late 19th Century by the architect Chapoulard, who was renowned for his Moorish style villas on the Cote d’Azur, each has their own individual, immaculate gardens on the seafront between Cannes and St Tropez. There is an access gate, which can be opened between the two villas for larger groups both properties and they share a private port and boat house.

The accommodation is on two floors, on the ground floor is a spacious living room and formal dining room to seat 14 people, both opening onto a terrace which has sea views. There is a large fully equipped older style kitchen, which leads onto a conservatory, guest cloakroom where there is a ‘Mini bar’ room with bar, fridge etc.

The grounds surrounding Villa Les Jardins, St Raphael are lush, mature and well maintained, with a swimming pool ( 12m x 5m)  terrace and decking area plus an outdoor dining area outside the conservatory.

There is a private dock, for those you wish to charter a boat during their stay, the beach is a short walk away about 5 – 10 minutes maximum – although swimming from the private dock is possible.

The small local village of Boulouris is withina short walk or approximately 30 minutes drive in either direction to Cannes or St Tropez, whoch boast many good restaurants, bars and cafes. It is just 5 minutes from the larger town of St Raphael which also has plenty of restaurants, marina and market on Sundays.
