Villa Rosemarine is a very impressive 6 bedroom seafront villa in Croatia, built on a headland of Brac stone (the same stone as the used for US White House).

This luxury villa has been furnished to a high standard and the interior decor is a fresh cream French style, the furniture is new but in an antique style. The soft furnishings and linens are also of the highest standards, with beautiful cream bedding with matching cushions, with each room being a little different. Other guest accessories include large fluffy bath towels, beach towels, hand made soaps and a generous welcome pack is provided on arrival.

When arriving at Villa Rosemarine you will be welcomed by the beautiful garden filled with pines, palms, colourful bougainvillea and geraniums and the fragrance from the rosemary plus a vegetable garden the guests are welcome to use.

Entrance to the villa is on the middle level where there are three air-conditioned bedrooms ( a queen and 2 twin rooms) each with an en-suite bathroom. There is also an entertainment room with Satellite TV, DVD, CD, surround sound and an i-pod docking station and three terraces with divine day bed for relaxing along with various seating and dining areas.

There are 6 bedrooms - Penthouse Bedroom - Adriatic suite - Juliet Suite - Lemon Suite - Pine Juliet Suite - Family suite with new bathrooms each with hand chipped stone washbasins made of Brac stone (the Island the villa is on), Philip Starke white ware, designer Italian tiles, bath sheets (not small bath towels).  The bedrooms all have brand new beds so ensure a perfect nights rest and a variety of pillows to choose from.  The linen is high thread count and changed twice a week.

There are 3 plasma TV/Satellite/DVD players in 3 sitting rooms in the villa.  We have internet, and the staff will give them a phone to use for their stay.  Everything you would wish for in a high end villa is there   new kayaks, new bikes, ping pong table, iPod dock, CD player, internet radio, air con in ALL rooms.

The top floor of the villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms ( king beds) and one bathroom there is also a full kitchen available, a sitting area and two terraces.

The ground floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms ( king beds) and one bathroom. Also on this level is the fully fitted main kitchen which has cream stone worktops, a chandelier and a central counter, adjacent is the dining room as well as the covered terrace and alfresco dining.

If clients would like to have their meals (or just one meal) prepared for them – the cook arrives at the villa, the dinner table is set and a full restaurant service is provided. There is a Skipper with a boat is available

The Adriatic views are spectacular from the spacious terraces over to Hvar and the Dalmatian Coast, and steps to other terraces, including one of which has a Jacuzzi another with a hammock, where you can relax in the Jacuzzi or the hammock and enjoy the sea views

From the lower terrace gives access directly into the Adriatic sea, there are steps right into the crystal waters below. There is also a buoy available to tie up a boat, guests can hire the 22 ft boat and knowledgeable skipper for the day to explore this beautiful coastline. As the villa is right on the Adriatic sea many water-sport activities such as water skiing, scuba diving, fishing and sailing, can be arranged upon request.

The villa is a 40 minute car ferry ride to Brac Island from Split airport, this is a wonderful journey and dolphins can often be seen on way, then once on Brac Island it is a 40 minute drive to the villa

The fishing village of Sumartin is 5 minutes drive away and has a bakery, supermarket and three restaurants and a number of cafe bars. The village of Selca is also five minutes away which has beautiful architecture, small shops and cafe bars as well as a few restaurants. To venture a little further and take a half hour car ferry ride to the sophisticated town of Makarska, there you will find interesting architecture and many designer shops and fine restaurants.
