Villa Marchi stands on its own marina close to the fishing village of Maslinica on the island of Solta. This special villa for rent in Crotia can be rented on a per room basis, or for a larger parties as a whole. If arriving with a private yacht, mooring is available in a marina directly in front of the castle.
The small fishing village of Maslinica is very close almost part of the 300 year old castle built in the 18th century with its 5000m2 garden which houses both the villa and restaurant. This Croatia villa for rent has been restored to its former glory, under the watchful guidance of local Croatian heritage architects and advisors.

Villa Marchi offers a beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool (12m x 6m, deep 1,8 meters), a sauna and hammam with a relaxing area. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area (together 130 m2) which lead leading to the swimming pool and the terrace. The kitchen is open to guests to prepare meals or we can arrange a proffesional cook to come in and take of preparing meals.

Other facilities available to guests at Villa Marchi include :

restaurant and bar, a conference room (20-25 seats) with Internet and telephone access, a common room with a television corner, a music room with a piano, a breakfast terrace, the reception.

The accommodation offers six suites, all vary in size and each has its own individual design and decor. The suites all have plasma televisions, minibars, safes, telephones, heaters and air conditioning.

At the a-la-carte restaurant (120 seats outside) and has fabulous views over the bay, guests can dine in the villa or in the restaurant choosing from delicious menus prepared and served by the professional staff. It is the location spot to enjoy a sunset cocktail - this area is the only facility in the castle which is open to public but it has own entrance.

Arrival transfer by taxi and ferry or directly from the airport by taxi boat (pick up at airport with taxi, transfer to Trogir to the boat and drive directly to the villa.
