Villa Kazbek offers 12 double spacious rooms and one suite, with each room is an individual, unique, work of art and has its own special place in history, with their own coat of arms taken from the old Dubrovnik ancestry. The amenities at Kazbek include an outdoor pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, one indoor and two outdoor restaurants, two bars and a fully equipped conference room for up to 30 people. There is also parking for up to 70 vehicles. Located in the marina in front of Kazbek there is a sailing yacht (Hallberg Rassy, 53', 12 persons) and a speedboat (12 persons) which are available for private transfers and for excursions to the nearby islands.

Kazbek offer daily transfers to the Old Town as well as excursions by speed boat and sailing yacht, including English speaking skipper and fuel. This 15 minute transfer is a unique way to see the impressive City walls from the sea. Daily excursions by speedboat will allow you to discover nearby Elafiti islands, Croatia’s most beautiful National park on the island of Mljet or medieval town of Cavtat.

Apart from renting individual rooms Kazbek also has the possibility to be rented as one single unit for conferences and private parties, which would then offer a high degree of service and privacy.

Villa Kazbek functions as a hotel so clients do not have the access to the kitchen. The breakfast is included in the price and all other meals are prepared according to client's wishes. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the capacity for even 50 people.
