Katitche Point Great House is a secluded, deluxe five bedroom villa, sitting grandly on a rocky outcrop, with spectacular views over Mahoe Bay, Mango Bay, Savannah Bay and Pond Bay on the island of Virgin Gorda.

The main house is built in a pyramid shape, very visible from offshore it has four large suites, and an additional, even more spacious master bedroom, each suite have en-suite bathrooms and a private veranda to take in the breathtaking sea views. This magnificent villa offers space for social gatherings as well as reclusion on three different levels. Katitche Point Greathouse is not only an architectural masterpiece, all interior rooms too have been designed with special care, using personally selected furniture, art, and antiques, the finest porcelain, French bed linen and towels.

Entrance to this villa in the British Virgin Islands, is through an inner courtyard with its lemon trees and flower gardens, past an unusual sculpture, and you reach the four identical air-conditioned suites and the master bedroom,

Each suite has hand-crafted king –size teak beds, CD player, coral sandstone floors, and a spacious bathroom featuring a shower with fitted bench. Two of the suites overlook Savannah Bay and Virgin Gorda's Valley, while the others view Mango Bay and the Dog Islands.

The separate and very private master bedroom suite can be rented in addition to the four other suites; it is located a short distance away from and elevated from the others, with its own panoramic views. It has a large bedroom with sitting area, spacious bathroom, a concealed kitchenette and a centrally placed king-size bed facing the beautiful Savannah Bay. The other benefit of the master bathroom is the large screened terrace with a koi pond, open-air shower and a deep soaking tub sunk built into the rocks, a wonderfully romantic setting to relax and unwind, especially by candlelight at night.

Next to the courtyard is a infinity edge horizon pool with surrounding sun decks and plenty of comfortable furniture including a romantic swing “ skyseat” with a view, and hammocks, on the wraparound terrace. Wide verandas surround the main house for outdoor living and dining providing ideal gathering areas, including a breakfast corner overlooking Mango Bay beach and sea and a veranda with an outdoor bar overlooking the pool deck.

On the lowest level Katitche Point features a superbly decorated living area with comfortable English style sofas, a teak dining table seating up to 14 people, BOSE stereo system with an extensive CD collection, and a professional kitchen more than amply equipped with everything you will need. There is maid service daily, who will also cook breakfast and a light lunch, prepare an island cocktail for you, and do any laundry you may have. The services of the chef and housekeeper Mimi, are available on request.

Upstairs from the main lounge is a den with sofas and large floor cushions for lazing around, there is a library, TV, video and DVD player with a selection of films, thoughtfully provided for guests to enjoy. Part of this room overlooks the dining and living area whilst from the large windows on the other side are more picture perfect sea and island views. Leading up from the den is a steep staircase to highest point in the villa, Crow's Nest, an ideal vantage point to observe the star-studded night sky and more amazing views.Scattered pillows on the Persian carpet and a hammock complete this haven for a peaceful escape.

Paths to the private coral sand beach of Mahoe Bay or to the adjacent Savannah Bay can be reached easily on foot or by car. A pier and the Italian restaurant "Giorgio's Table" are found at the base of the rock on which Katitche Point Greathouse is situated. There are 3 nearby beaches, the coral sands of Mahoe Bay Beach is a five minute walk down the hillside pathway or a new private pathway through the hillside garden takes you down to the beach of Pond Bay. Savannah Bay beach is only a five minute drive away. Snorkelling equipment, beach volleyball set, badminton, and other beach toys are available at the villa, snorkelling the protected reefs in calm waters is an amazing experience.
