The 14 elegant two-storey villas at Stonehaven in Tobago are positioned on a lush, landscaped hillside overlooking the sea, and enjoy fabulous evening sunsets. The villas are only a few minutes walk from a sun drenched beach and backing onto a 200-acre nature reserve and protected bird sanctuary. They have been designed by Arne Hasselqvist a renowned Mustique architect.

The 18th century French colonial style includes cool airy rooms, solid mahogany furniture, four poster beds, planters' chairs and a large vast veranda offering spectacular views of the ocean. The mahogany and granite kitchens are large, modern and fully equipped from a coffee maker to a wine chiller. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms all generous in size and have either a private balcony or veranda.

Each villa has TV, VCR, CD player, computer ports, BBQ, its own infinity pool or plunge pool and there is a large half moon shaped pool at the resort's Clubhouse where guests can meet each other and also dine by candlelight in the Pavilion restaurant. Guests can also select from the menu and have their chosen meal served in the comfort and privacy of your own luxurious villa.

The resort offers a variety of activities which can be organised with the guest service manager and include hiking, fishing, water-sports, golf or a relaxing massage on the veranda in the villa.

Nearby activities: golf at Mount Irvine 18 hole championship golf course 5 minutes drive, Scuba diving and horse riding at the Mount Irvine hotel and gym and tennis at Le Grand Courlan hotel.

Stonehaven is ideally suited for executive incentive groups, wedding or family groups.
